250 gms Chocolate
200 ml Cream
50 gm Butter
Assorted sliced fruits
Bowl of whipped cream
Rum or Whiskey (optional)
Melt the chocolate with cream and butter and, if you like it, a good splash of rum or whiskey. Serve in a bowl and, arrange around it a selection of fruits, cookies and a bowl of whipped cream.
Grab a cookie or a bit of fruit, get a blob of cream on it and dunk it in the fondue - enjoy the sheer unadulterated pleasure.
