Ghost Gut Dip (with appendages)
This dip is perfect for a Halloween feast.
Your kids will love to help you make it and eat it!
1 cup low fat Cottage Cheese or Ricotta Cheese
1 cup unsweetened Pineapple chunks
1. Whirl all ingredients in a blender. Leave a little lumpy to resemble guts.
2. Serve with appendages of carrot sticks, celery stalks, apple slices, orange sections, cucumber sticks, and banana sticks.
Note: Makes 2 cups but doubles easily.
