Kheer Rupali Samosa
2 1/2 cups - Flour
1/4 teaspoon - Soda-bi-carb
2 cups - Sugar
2 cups - Water
1/2 tin - Sweetened condensed milk
2 cups - Coconut (grated)
Vegetable oil (vanaspati ghee) for frying
Tabak for decoration
SERVINGS: 20 Samosas (Approximately)
COOKING TIME: 20 minutes
Sift flour and soda, add 1 tablespoon of oil (ghee) and knead with water to make a soft dough.
Make sugar syrup with sugar and water to one thread consistency.
Mix sweetened condensed milk and coconut.
Roll dough, make into samosas. Fill in condensed milk mixture, deep fry till golden in color.
Soak in sugar syrup and decorate with tabak.
