Chocolate Rum Cups
180 gm - dark Chocolate melted
Rum filling : 2 eggs separated, 1 tablespoon rum, 50 gm dark chocolate melted
To decorate : chocolate curls
Melt the chocolate, cool.
Fill in the patty tins.
Turn the patty tins upside down to remove excess chocolate.
Keep in the fridge to set for 30 minis.
Tap the tins and remove the molded chocolate shells.
For the filling
Add the egg yolks and the rum to the melted chocolate and mix well.
Whisk the egg whites until fairly stiff and carefully fold it in the chocolate mixture.
Fill this rum filling in to the empty shells.
Chill before serving.
Decorate with chocolate curls.
