Watermelon Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
500 gms ripe Watermelon
2 cups Pineapple juice, chilled
fresh Mint leaves (Pudina), strong and sweet with a tangy flavor and a cool after taste, can be used dry or fresh

PREPARATION:
Remove seeds from watermelon and cut into chunks.
Put in freezer for 2 hours or until frozen.
Place frozen watermelon in blender and add pineapple juice, 2 tablespoons of coarsely torn mint leaves.
Process until very smooth. Pour into tall stemmed glasses and garnish with mint leaves.

Honey Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1½ cups Milk
¼ cup Honey
2 ripe Bananas
1 cup Dahi (Curd), made by coagulating milk with the help of a fermenting agent
1 tsp Vanilla Essence, made from Vanilla pods, used as a flavouring

PREPARATION:
Mix all in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Serve chilled.
